The All India Cotton FPO Association is committed to transforming India's cotton sector by enhancing the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of smallholder cotton farmers.

Improve productivity and income

86% of Indian farmers are small and marginal, managing nearly 50% of farmland. We focus on improving yields and profitability through innovative agricultural practices and access to climate finance

Empower farmers through training, technology, and direct market linkages

Equipping 100,000+ smallholder cotton farmers with best practices, precision farming tools, and digital traceability solutions for better market access.

Advocate for progressive policies

Working with the Ministry of Textiles and Ministry of Agriculture to promote cotton as a sustainable fiber, ensure farmer prosperity, and increase India's textile exports (valued at $44 billion in 2023) through better policy frameworks and incentives.

Build traceable and sustainable cotton supply chains

Strengthening farm-to-market linkages, ensuring 100% transparency in sourcing, and aligning with global sustainability standards to meet international demand.

Promote regenerative agricultural practices

Reducing input costs by up to 30%, improving soil organic carbon, and cutting water usage in cotton farming to mitigate environmental impact.
